Aesir The Ordio Legio is attacking the South-east entrance to Aesir, tomorrow (storywise) part of the Civilian population will attempt to flee the city via its north gate.

Wicked stuff Larke, good work on this map. Bane and his cavalry will head towards the gate at the North after the civilian raid; they'll meet you either in the ruined city (if its ruined) or back at the Legion encampment (after another failed attack, perhaps? surely the legion isnt that lousy...)

Nope this time we'll be taking it, well the southern part at any rate. Mostly because we have infiltrators (warmaster S'dala) venturing inside who will open the gates.
Warmaster Largo and his Siege Equipment will be harrassing the South western wall, and the remainder of the Legio is attacking the gates/walls to the southeast.

Thunder Dragons
Coming from the deserts of the far South-West, these massive reptiles are the lords of vast sandy territories. Though they are utterly savage in the wild, if they are raised in captivity they grow to be supremely intelligent and loyal allies of whoever raised them. Growing up to three hundred feet long, with sharp spines and covered in thick, magic resistant scales, these Dragons are astounding in battle. Armed with a with a terrifying lightning breath, these mighty creatures prefer to rain down bolts from the sky and decimate their enemies before landing to finish them off with their fangs and talons.

I actually went to the eastern river to enter the city rather than the north gate, since we'll be moving up to there.

Large aligator's with double the strength and speed of normal gators. They live in the southwest regions of the human lands.

Idor Details: The city of Idor is rich in merchants and traders, there is little in the way of a standing army of Idor. Although it is the city of Mercenaries and cutthroats who have on many occassion been recuited to defend the city when required. Its streets are a maze of back alleys and intersections that can lose many a person for the better part of day if they are not careful. The Keep of the Idors king rest atop the cliff face looking over the River Igraine to the east and the city to the west. The central tower of Idor is a wonder of construction, it is an imposing sight when the siege cannons are moved into their ready positions and able to track a seventy degree arc from each tower. The point of the tower is a large turret able to rotate a full 360 degrees bringing its own cannon to bear where it is most needed. Dozens of Balista line the ramparts below the turret, firing their heavy bolts at any airborne threat that would seek to destroy the turrets.

Brief History of the Volsung Clan
Some two thousand years ago the when the human empire first moved towards what is now the dead lands, they were ruled over by the Clan Volsung. The King of the Volsung’s at the time was Sigmund, and he was armed with the great sward Gram. Under their just rule, the humans expanded into a great empire, that stood until the forces of the Legio attacked.
But the deception of the Volsung’s occurred many years before that. The ancient clan of the Gautlands was led at the time by Siggeir, half brother of Sigmund. He was jealous of the Volsungs and their rule, and devised a scheme to ruin them, inviting the clans senior members to a great feast and then ambushing and slaughtering them, stealing the sword Gram and ruining the Volsungs. Few escaped as civil war crashed across the land, but without their leaders the Volsungs were quickly deposed. Led by Haaken Volsung, the only surviving family member, they fled to the dark lands and have lurked there ever since, plotting revenge and retrieval of their honour.
Meanwhile, Gram continued to the passed down as a family heirloom in the Gautland clan, who have since become known as Truebloods.
