Vamp Draculis is a count of a vampyre company who has promised his kind vengeance for the almost fatal distruction of the vampyre kind vamp has an array of classic vampiric abilities such as shapeshifting his magic being so powerful that he creates an aura of darkness around his troops. his weakneses are not like those what are foretold in legend sunlight cannot penetrate so easily as the vast magic of vamp draculis shades his army from the sun meaning that defeat of his troops would come about by his demise
Vamp has a vast army of troops under his countship
Lilith-the lilith are a woman like demonic creature whos speed and agility are unmatched by any race. with the ability to turn into black mist and move like that unseen before thsi race is great as a fast attacking force but are a feeble and fragile creature
Lykenthroat- lykenthroat are what you may call the vampyre cavalry enslaved aeons ago by the forefather of the vampyre race Vlad Tepes the impaler these huge wolven beasts have the speed of a 10 steeds and the strength of a 50 men there huge claws allow them to scale even stone surfaces they generally do not fight but are likely to attack even there masters when threatened
vampyre- like those heard in legend they have similar powers to Vamp but not of such greatness although they fight without fear. they feast on human blood and show little respect for the dead they are noble and take orders to the death.

For future reference to any new members, enough with the vampires. This isn't a gripe about the existing characters just a note to new members to try genuinely unique creatures from the depths of their minds.

Name: Zeke (Yes as always) Weapons: Man sized Battle scythe Possessed by the deamon Kai. Shape shifting forearm gauntlets shift to any weapon desired for that moment of battle.
Fluff: Zeke joined the legion what seemed a millenia ago when they swept through his village he opted to join rather than be smashed aside. in turn his armour was possessed and his deamon scythe presented to him as a gift. His armour is black and decorated in skills (kinda like mugan Ra's armour) The armour is possessed by a deamon named Ty that uses its un worldy powers to make the armour ultra light and ultra strong. The same goes for the deamon Kai who makes the weapon it possesses lights and strong. the 2 deamons work closly together Ty also employs shape shifting powers that allow zeke to summon any weapon he desires to form on the humped forearm plates of the armour. Since the Legions went into their slumber he bacame a mercenarie and now that he has learned of their re awakening he has set out to join them once again bringing his small bad of mercenaries with him.
(thats all i got for now ill add the rest shortly)

Born in the eastern regions of the world, part of a race of peaceful grafter's, farmers of the wind and earth.in youth he learned of the worlds beyond the western reaches, lands unexplored by the peoples of the land of Tomara. After the last of his changes, tremors as they are called by his people, he began his trial of maturity. He was given a task by the gods, a task never given to any of his race. He Began his voyage to the cities of man, In hopes to assist the battles that would soon take place.
About 50 years old, Dinari is a relatively young Dragon. In human form he stands about 6 feet tall, has dark red hair, eyes at a slight slant, smooth skin, and a nearly flawless physic. He has little muscle mass, making him seem meek and defenseless. at a glance he would seem feminine, but a further look would reveal an air of power, a knowledge that he isn't someone to mess with.
In Dragon form he is slightly over 50 feet long with red scales. Bright blue eyes distract from the wickedly curved claws and teeth as well as the horns protruding from the back of his skull.Small spikes begin to appear about 5 feet from his shoulders, allowing him enough room to carry up to 4 people on his back.
In human form Dinari completely relies on magic for defense due to his lack of muscle, though he can defend himself with light blades if it came down to it. Though his magic isn't that of a high elder, he can still defeat a human mage in one on one combat. In full dragon form his power reaches a level surpassed by only the most learned and powerful of mages, the drawback to this power is the inability to use this power as a magical force. His magic can only be used consciously in human form, in dragon form it works to enhance physical properties. He also is only subject to the strongest of spells, though his scales can deflect just about anything. the spaces between the scales are a vulnerable point for him, and his inability to fight to kill (though this does not prevent him from killing)
Though power lies mainly in his dragon form, Dinari cannot go readily into his strengthened form. He can go partially, and still retain the ability to use magic to a certain point, but it takes severe need to travel into the powerful dragon form, but when he does the sky shall be painted red...

I’m not very sure on this so when I see one of you guys on msn I may tweak it a little (read lot)…
Its quite long but I like to have a good background to my characters. In short he's an uber mage.
Lelron
No one truly knows his origins though he suspects that he was born in mountains far to the north of the Fortress of Evraine. Of his parents little is known except they were killed during a raid from the Dark Lands. By some luck, or inexplicable will, he survived. Though barely a boy he quickly found work first as a guide for caravans in the mountains and later as a mercenary.
This, however, was not for him and around his sixteenth birthday he travelled to a monastery to a god now lost in the hills. He was taken in by the monks and treated as one of their own. He learned well and was the pride of his tutors quickly gaining concepts, which would normally take years to learn, his prayers went well and he became a good person.
But a corruption ate at the heart of this, and slowly his obsession with magic grew. First his tutors taught him the simple magic they knew but quickly he surpassed them and by his manhood had read all available books on the subject. Then came the first march of the undead, seven centauries prior to the first march of the Ordio Legio. A horde descended on the mountains killing almost the entire population. The abbey was razed to the ground but again, though luck or fate, Lelron endured.
He fled away into the mountains living on what he could until he came to a place shown to him in a dream. He was naive in those days and would follow such signs. It was in that cave he was to shape his destiny. He had stumbled upon a tomb, a great underground burial cavern. Little did he know of who was buried there.
He stumbled though the dark, driven by the same zeal which had driven his studies in the previous years. Though many dark corridors until he reached the central cavern. There he could have taken riches enough to live out his days as a king but he did not. All he claimed was a suit of close fitting armour and a staff before returning to the mountains.
The armour had been that of the one buried: archsorcerer Rhynla of the first days. He foresaw his death and had created the armour and bound to it his own soul in the hopes that one day he could inhabit a new body.
It was that night as Lelron sat before a low fire that he struck, trying to wrest control and destroy Lelron’s mind and spirit. For over a month the battle raged off and on, for though Rhynla was far superior many years of slumber had weakened him while the mind he sought to destroy was of great power.
In the final clash Lelron preformed the darkest magic and in the destruction of a portion of his soul unleashed a wave of energy which was the archsorcerer’s utter ruin. As he lay recovering he found that, though scarring remained, his soul slowly replenished and that through the domination of his opponent he had gained a small portion of his knowledge of magic and power. The monster had been created.
Over the following centauries he would learn from any foolish enough to teach him, duelling and, on the rare occasions he succeeded, devouring the essences of those who would not. Slowly his soul changed, becoming less and less human, yet it survived. With his first victory he had taken the soul of one already dead and as such had avoided such a fate himself.
Over the following four centauries his knowledge of the arts grew enormously as he followed it with a single-minded passion. Slowly, however, he was becoming darker and changed. He lacked the sheer power to put his knowledge to proper use and it was in a fit of fury and arrogance he vowed to perform the impossible: he would devour a god.
Since the destruction of the abbey few had worshipped its patron god. That was his target; he travelled to the ruins and started one of his greatest invocations. It took over a month and three sacrifices to perform but finally he had focused the god and as he finished the spell it was forced within him.
Thus started his second titanic struggle. The god was weak and Lelron had unprecedented experience in fighting within his own mind but a even a weak god is of unfathomable power. The battle flowed for years but at the last he dug into his soul deeper than ever before tearing all he could from it. But he did not claim his prize for the god chose oblivion rather than destruction and he was robbed of its knowledge and most of its power. He did get some power though and a small share of a god’s power is almost unimaginable to humans.
He had not the knowledge to control the raw energy that ran though him but here again luck, or fate, took a hand. He did survive though his soul was finally mutilated beyond recognition and damaged unto its root. He lay dormant for a long time, centauries passed and he was unaged, but he worked to further improve his arts. He became a powerful necromancer but that magic didn’t excite him as it had and slowly he turned to demonomancy.
He learnt much but never thought to put such powers into use, preferring to study them. It might have stayed as such but the change in the winds of magic when the ordio legio marched four centuries ago roused him.
He decided to come upon the world but first he partook in his third great battle. His unchecked arrogance had lead to inanity and he decided to devour the essence of a daemon. Again he prepared and again he opened the gate focused within his mind.
But this time he did not succeed. He was taken by a greater daemon, Sha’guth, and the battle raged. After the most furious clash of wills which lasted but a week both realised that oblivion awaited for the mind they resided in was on the verge of collapse. Both shied oblivion and they fused into a single entity, part sorcerer, part daemon and part something else. Those consumed over the years also left their mark. All melded together into a single abomination.
Now his body is repaired and changed by the powers he holds. His soul is a swollen cancer, which he happily devours for its power. Before they became a single entity both he and the daemon were sure of a single thing: this time the ordio legio would win and they would stand in its ranks.
He wears a swirling robe of black cloth though it is hard to say his size as the corporal only makes up a small part of him. He is neither tall or short; old or young; human or daemon: but always an aura of darkness crackles about him.
He may be the most powerful sorcerer who ever lived but he has lost much. He is unstable and his sheer power can have unexpected effects, he lacks the physical form to fight with any weapon and is slow to move without magical aid. In short he sacrificed all for his art. It brought him great power there but the price has been equally high.

For future reference to any new members, enough with the vampires. This isn't a gripe about the existing characters just a note to new members to try genuinely unique creatures from the depths of their minds. # Just to point out in case of any mixups (although I don't think anyone thinks my character as one), Balphegor is not a vampire. Yes he drinks blood, but not in a vampiric fashion, there is no sucking from veins or use of fangs. The Thirst that overcomes the Bloodsage warriors is basically an urge for violence, and to feast upon the flesh of enemies and drink their life source in order to gain their strength. Just thought I'd mention that in case anyone views my character as a vampire Larkin

Hey guys, I would love to get involved with this, but I am a little confused.
Any chance someone could give me an idea of what sort of character I should be creating?

Evil type bloke/blokess with some interesting feature.
As yet we have: An Evil Centaur who is slightly psychotic, a shapeshifter (dragon/man), an evil and barely human sorcerer, assassins, warlords etc. etc. etc.
You get the picture. So basically something you like who, while not sticking out too much, is different.

So 'we' are effectively the forces of evil, battling the forces of man?

Well, here is my character. I hope he fits. I have a first part written which I will post up later. Any problems and I will take it down.
[glow=red,2,300]Clan-Chieftain Haaken Völsung[/glow]
In ages long forgotten, Clan Völsung ruled the region that is now the Dead Lands with an iron fist. Their farms and workshops filled the River Irgiane with merchant barges and their coffers filled with gold from all of the lands.
But then, something happened, and within ten-score years and ruling elite, the family Völsung appeared to wither and die and with bitter infighting the Völsung Empire collapsed in on itself. Some say this was caused by generations of inbreeding; some by a genetic disorder that rendered the family infertile. None know the truth. Either way the collapse was complete and total and now little remains except rubble and rumour.
However, now it seems that some of that the ruling family did escape the great tragedy and their legacy is now about to take up a role in events of a present-nature.
Haaken Völsung has emerged from thousands of years of hiding, initially fighting to escape the curse that struck down his family and turned them into little more than beasts. Only he knows the secret of what really happened and he is determined to exact a measured vengeance on the descendents of those he deems responsible.
Haaken is a lithe and agile man, his skin pale and his brown hair wild from long years pouring over ancient parchment. He is as much scholar as warrior, but now the time has come to turn to force.
The ancient war-hammer ‘Gunlaug’ is forever at his side and some say it screams with the shame of his family when he swings it in battle. He dresses in a simple dark grey tunic and leggings, covered with a shimmering green cloak.
He arrives in Aesir at the head of a small detachment of scouts, his mission to retrieve some artifacts from the city before the wild forces of the Ordio Lego destroy it utterly.
The remains of Clan Volsung, some five hundred soldiers, await his return in the mountains overlooking Aesir. They are not exactly human, for all carry the same curse as he and with it, his desire for vengeance

Make me a War Master will you? Bah, bloomin' responsibility!
A bit late, I know, but life has a habit of getting in the way of things. I'll have a read through the story so far before posting any character info and then, finally, get around to actually contributing.
Must think of a plausible reason to explain my tardiness.
